Welcome to Lacrosse 2023!

This year we will be fielding 9 teams.  Rosters will be sent to coaches and they will be reaching out to introduce themselves soon.

Indoor Practice

Practices will be Mondays and Wednesdays from March 13th to April 5th.

These will be held in the NH Sportsdome in GOFFSTOWN (10 A Tower Ln., Goffstown)

Both Boys and girls will practice at the same time (but not together).  Please bring water but no colored sports drinks or gum.

8U (1st and 2nd grade) and 10U (3rd and 4th) will practice from 6:00-7:00 PM

12U and 14U will practice from 7:00-8:00PM

Outdoor Practice

There is no schedule yet, but it will be put together in the next few weeks as we collect coaches preferences.

Uniforms

The order has been placed, and uniforms will be distributed prior to the first game.

Dick’s Weekend
