About Bow Lacrosse

Bow Lacrosse is the Lacrosse program organized by the Bow Athletic Club, known to the League as "Bow Lacrosse"
Also known as Bow Youth Lacrosse prior to merging with the Bow Athletic Club
 
Levels (8U-14U, 1st grade to 8th), Boys Program and Girls Program
8U - 1st and 2nd grade (7v7 small field games)
10U - 3rd and 4th grade (7v7 small field games)
12U - 5th and 6th grade (12v12-girls and 10v10-boys Full field games)
14U - 7th and 8th grade (12v12-girls and 10v10-boys Full field games)
 
Each season begins in mid-March with 3-4 weeks of indoor practices.  Indoor facility is NH SportsDome in Goffstown, NH.
 
NHYLA – Is the governing body for the league WWW.NHYLA.ORG
The season is an 8 game season starting in early April and ending mid-June with an additional festival with 2 more games.
Games are typically scheduled on Sundays.
Typically there are 4 home and 4 away games
NHYLA schedules games for the entire state, so games can be played as far away as Portsmouth, Plymouth or Keene.
 
Play and practice on Gosling Field, Hansen Park off of Albin Road in Bow.
Practices are on weeknights after 5:00 PM
All Coaches are background checked
All Coaches are trained by USA Lacrosse
